OSX 10.6 and 64 bit rsync not preserving creation dates

Try the following (until a fix):

	./prepare-source
	CFLAGS=-m32 CPPFLAGS=-m32 CCASFLAGS=-m32 ./configure
	CFLAGS=-m32 CPPFLAGS=-m32 CCASFLAGS=-m32 make
	sudo make install
