uid/gid settings in rsyncd.conf not respected?

The patch vs 3.0.5 src worked perfectly and the resulting rsync seems 
to honour the supplementary groups configuration.  I have to do some 
more testing, but this seems to have done the trick and it's a /very/ 
useful patch - allowing different modules to be read by different 
groups.
