Rsync 3.0.7pre2 released

Rsync version 3.0.7pre2 is now available for release testing.  This is
a bug-fix release.

This fixes a problem with the --timeout code that existed in 3.0.7pre1.
I believe that this should be the last pre-release before 3.0.7, so
please test this and send email to the rsync mailing list with any
questions, comments, or bug reports.
