I'm looking into why the change to rsyncd.conf.yo made in the slp patch
got added to all the patches that followed.  I assume that it was a
timestamp issue with the build rules, but the script that generates the
patches has code in it to deal with such a situation, so it will take
more checking to see how this could have gone wrong.
