Rsync shouldn't display a meaningless speedup on a dry run

One thing that might be nice is a mention in the footer that it is a
dry-run:

sent 359 bytes  received 14 bytes  746.00 bytes/sec
total size is 96600  speedup is 258.98 (dry-run)

A normal run would lack the trailing " (dry-run)" string.
