Rsync is telling you where the files are relative to the destination
(which is appropriate, as only files on the sending side can come from
more than one place on the way in to the destination hierarchy).  If you
need more information, you could filter the output to prefix the current
destination path in front of the filenames.  Or you could use a daemon
setup to get the daemon to log the paths.
