CVS rsync hangs during local copy

OK, I ran the same command except without stracing (so that gdb could
attach to the processes).  For each of the processes, I got a
backtrace (except for some reason the receiver's backtrace had only
one entry) and the file-list information you asked for.  The log and
debugging information files are attached this time since they're
small.
