Thanks.  I sometimes miss mentioning changes.  I'll need to make a pass
through the commit logs to see if I missed any other significant
changes.  In the meantime, I've mentioned this fix in the NEWS.

Red Hat has been doing this for a while, so it won't hurt if Debian
joins in the fun.  At least the patch is finally getting to a state
where I'll feel good about having it in the main release (and it may
well achieve full citizenship in the next release).  It may interest you
to know that I did get the ACL version run through IBM's code-checker,
and it didn't complain about anything, so that's always a good sign.
