Try using the cwrsync package available from http://www.itefix.no/cwrsync/ and 
more specifically this one: 
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/sereds/cwRsync_2.0.9_Installer.zip

If it still doesn't work, send us the output of your script showing all errors 
so that we can help.
