discussing a "reverse rsync algorithm"

Note: the reverse rsync algorithm with cached checksums is essentially
what zsync uses.  Zsync may be found here:

I like the flexibility of rsync, but I also like zsync's reversed
algorithm.  I would love to see the two programs merged into an rsync
that uses .zsync files and the reversed algorithm when the source is a
http:// address.  Thoughts?
