rsync ok with open files?

Fundamental difference between unix and windows.
Windows locks against simultaneous whatever.
Unix assumes you know what you're doing.
Unix allows deleting a file while someone is writing to it.

Also, you will likely need to stop BOTH outlooks.
There's usually one running that you do not see.
