Getting "Access denied" after executing rsync.

Hi,
   Getting "Access denied" while opening the newly created folders after
executing rsync.

Steps:
1) rsync -avzuP --delete --exclude='CVS' ./test/test-1/ ./test/test-test
    where source = ./test/test-1/ and
             detination = ./test/test-test
2) while opening a newly created folder ./test/test-test/some , i am getting
"Access denied".

Could u please suggest some solution.
