--files-from

Hi all,
I am regularly backing up files with the --files-from=FILE argument.
After removing one of the paths from the list in the specified in the 
file, that directory is no longer considered for the sync, but the 
directory still remains on the receiver.
Is there any way around this (in a "--delete" type of way) in order to 
delete directories no longer specified in the list from the receiver?
