How can rsync detect renamed files ? If it is possible.

The detect-renamed feature of rsync is provided in an experimental
patch.  To use it, get the rsync source, apply
patches/detect-renamed.diff, and compile rsync.  I have never tried
it, so I don't know how well it works.
