Is this a bug by any chance?

Howdy,

I'm moving HUGE numbers of files from one hdd to another on one of
my RedHat systems and goofed by not specifying a target. Rsync went
to all the trouble of figguring out which files needed to be copied
and then blew up when it actually went looking for a target and
found none.

I have downloaded the latest cvs version which appears to exhibit
the same behavoir.

I know this is a UFU but the checking up front might be a good thing
to consider adding to the code. Maybe?
