filename paths different in server mode

I can't reproduce this with any version of rsync I tried (and I tried
various combinations of 2.5.7, 2.6.3, 2.6.6, and 2.6.7 on server and
client).  Perhaps something is stripping the trailing slash before it
gets to rsync?
