--fuzzy works with --link-dest?

I've read it now. - I don't really care how, but it would be a nice idea
to have a possibility to trigger the --fuzzy code on a --link-dest dir.

With the dirvish backup program (and similar hard-linking backup
solutions) the destination directory is empty when starting the
transfer...
