for the record, this buglet persists in rsync-2.6.8 with acl and xattr patches
enabled, and i reproduced it on two suse linux boxen (10.0/x86_64 and
10.1/i386).
would be nice to have it fixed, since it clutters the logs big time. seems to
have vanished from the radar of the devs a little...
contrary to comment #1, i also see it on files with only one xattr.
