Some Googling doesn't turn up any services specifically geared toward
rsync, but there are many sites offering free or almost free Unix
accounts with SSH; you may be able to run a personal rsync daemon (but
many of these services restrict "background processes"), or you could
just have rsync use SSH transport when you want to back something up.
