[Bug 2734] --delete doesn't work

from man rsync
        -n, --dry-run               show what would have been transferred

so my guess is that it's not deleting because it's not really doing anything

you don't need -r as that is already included in -a
        -a, --archive               archive mode; same as -rlptgoD (no -H)

Also there doe not seem to be a destination defined, in which case rsync just 
lists the files
