I can't figure out what you're asking for help with.  Rsync is a file
copy program.  As long as you know what you want to copy, just tell
rsync where to copy from and where to copy to and it copies the data.
Rsync does NOT work over http, but requires a remote shell connection
or a socket connection to an rsync daemon.
