I'd like to finish adding options first.  I had been considering adding
the --fuzzy option, but it is looking harder than expected to fix the
deficiencies of the current patch, so it will probably have to wait for
later.  I definitely want to get --delete-during added (having heard no
objections to this yet).  I'm also leaning towards adding the --filter
option, but am hoping to get some feedback on that first.  Not long
after that it will probably be a good time to start the 2.6.4 release
candidates.
