NOTE for users of the CVS version of rsync

A NOTE to anyone who is testing out the CVS version of rsync (including
those using the "nightly" snapshots of the CVS source):

Be aware that a change is about to be checked into CVS that will change
the sort order of the file list for protocol 29.  If you have installed
one of these development versions in multiple places, be sure to upgrade
all of them at the same time in order to keep them compatible with each
other.  During the changeover, you can use the option "--protocol=28" to
cause two development rsyncs to talk an older protocol version that they
have in common.
