how to rsync automaticly after changing a file

hey all, ich want to use rsync, to synchronise my both computers. but is it possible to run the daemon, that it always looks at my specified folder and when i'm changing a file, it will automaticly rsync that file?? or do i always have to start rsync on my own or via cronjob?
