Repeated directory creation bug

OK, this error can also occur when removing a directory from the
destination that already exists in the backup hierarchy.  I just
checked-in a fix for this scenario.  Fortunately, the error doesn't
repeat (it just appears the one time when the directory is being
removed), so it should be fairly low in annoyance.
