[cygwin] Fwd: Updated: rsync-2.6.2-3

Wayne,

We have been having problems Rsyncing from Windows => Unix systems, ie
the transfers were being done in ascii and hence causing problems.
We noticed in the archive that there is actually a patch available, but
checking the current 2.6.3 version, the patch is not implemented.
We applied the patch and all works fine.

Is there any reason why the patch has not being applied to the current
version ?
