rsync freezes on solaris

For what is worth, I've had no problems running rsync with Sun_SSH_1.0 under
Solaris 9
on Intel & Sparc.
All I can suggest for your problem Anand is follow the usual trouble shooting
techniques
of breaking the problem down i.e. try rsh!
