write failed on .....

Hi,

      I have a group of files with permission \644 on remote site.  As
root I rsync them to my local disk first time.  There is no problem.
But the second time when I rsync them I got the message:

      write failed on ....................  error 0

      I guess that those file with permission \644 made by first time
rsync cannot be overwritten by second time rsync.  I need to run rsync
weekly to copy from remote site incrementally.  What is the solution for
this case?
