And where is the output of rsync?  You used the -v option
there should be either error messages or something starting
with "receiving file list ... done".  If you aren't' getting
that either the rsync is still running or you have something
else wrong.

By the way, -avzpogr contains redundant options.  If you
are going to use -a it is redundantly repetitive to use
options that it includes.
