rsync listen to two TCP ports

Hi,

I know how to handle apache ip and ports in httpd.conf.
My question is regarding setting rsync ip and port.
I'm using xinetd to start rsync. If I will
add --address=2nd_IP_address --port=80
Then rsync will not be available on 1st_IP_address port 873 !?
Should I do some change in /etc/services ?
