Looking for WinNT rsync binary

[tim.conway at philips.com]

Rsync relies on certain unix features that are available in windows only 
through the cygwin package, available at http://www.cygwin.com.  You can 
make the install pretty minimal, but once you see it, you'll probably 
install most of it.  It's pretty cool.

Hi All, 

I am looking for the Rsync binary for NT as mentioned on the Mike McHenry 
postings. 

Unfortunatley the ftp mentioned in the article wont accept anonymous 
login.
