List of rsync service hosts?

Hello,

somewhere on one of the rsync webpages I have seen a list of hosts which 
have running public rsync services, at least I think it has been on the 
rsync webpages, but I can't find it there anymore. 
Or is it anywhere else?

Where can this list of rsync hosts be placed?
