nigtlies out of date

The download area's nightlies seem to have broken.
The most up-to-date tarball of source available for those
who can't cvs is rsync-HEAD-20020808-1120Z.tar.gz

I noticed because of an out-of-band enqury.  I sent him a
patch to get up-to-date but when someone who can has time
this should be fixed.
