Monday-Friday Backup Folder

I am running into a problem with the Mon-Fri Backup folders in 
d:\bup\backup\workstation_name\Mon-Fri.  Each folder is showing up empty and 
is not keeping the previuos backup.  Current folder looks good and I do not 
see any problems there.

Any suggestions?
