Delete & rename with rsync servers

Hello

Is it possible to delete or rename
single files on remote rsync servers?

I seem to be having problems getting
normal upload to work too:
shellak root # ps aux | grep [r]sync
shellak root # rsync --config=/etc/rsync/rsyncd.conf --daemon
