- Made some of the tests work better when cross-compiling.
- Added descriptions for all config.h variables that had none.
- Changed HAVE_UNSIGNED_CHAR to SIGNED_CHAR_OK.
- Got rid of (the unused) HAVE_SHORT_INO_T.
- Changed version to 2.6.4cvs (long overdue).
