Me again, with another of Bert Hubert's articles about digital
autonomy for governments and why it matters. I have no expectation
that CLUG alone can change things in Australia, but we can at least
spread the word.

I particularly like the argument that European governments were
putting COVID safety and vaccination videos for their citizens on
YouTube ... which would be surrounded by American anti-vaxer nonsense.
