I don't know whether either of these links might help?

https://linux-audit.com/how-to-solve-an-expired-key-keyexpired-with-apt/

https://makandracards.com/makandra-orga/13644-what-to-do-when-your-gpg-pgp-key-expires

It seems you might be able to update the key, using "apt-key".

I had a problem like this in the past, which I eventually had to
reinstall my whole debian with the latest version, because the whole
update wasn't working anymore on the older version, due to some mistakes
I'd made when installing software. For this reason I document (in .txt
files) every change I make to the system, so that if I have to redo it,
and can then I can reinstall the latest debian, and redo all of the changes.

Jevan.

My email signature is below, that should appear at the bottom of all of my emails. You may need to scroll left, right, up, down, to read it. Below are the important things for you to know about me presently:
1). Full Name: Jevan Pipitone.
2). Description: Disabled Hobbyist.
3). Highest Qualification: Master of Information Technology in Software Engineering, from University of Canberra, with excellent marks.
4). Disability: Schizophrenia and Autism.
5). Schedule type due to disability: I am unable to do paid or volunteer work. I can do hobbies and activities, that I pay to do, or that my ndis pays for.
6). Computer Operating System: I use the Linux Debian Gnome operating system on my computer at home. I do not use any microsoft products, including windows, live.com, outlook, office, word, excel, teams, etc, whether at work or home or anywhere, because it causes me mental illness. Also my ANU Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Degree, used linux only, and the similar minix and unix, and it's very valuable for me to make use of my ANU university qualifications by using only linux.
7). Funding received due to disability: I receive Centrelink Disability Support Pension and NDIS, so these are the two main options available to me, for funding my activities and hobbies.
8). Location: Canberra, Australia.
9). Personal Website: http://www.jevan.id.au/
10). My Best Skills: Innovation, Research, and creating something 'New' or unique and different, paving the way for improvements to society. Logic, Intuition, Creativity, and Utilizing both my subconscious and conscious. Combining skills from multiple disciplines (skill career areas). Motivating People to achieve success and self improve their methods, with them doing things their own way, with people developing their own ways of doing things. When other people are paid, e.g. from my ndis or my centrelink payment, then I benefit from their time, which increases my productivity and usefulness, and it gives me ideas for things to do and improve and change.
11). Communication Methods, for helping with my communication problems, due to my disability, when I meet with someone:
11.1). Have an agenda, written by me and the person I will talk with, prior to the meeting. List the time to be spent on each topic. If I haven't provided you with one, you can write it, and then I can add to it and email it back to you, prior to the meeting. You can allow some time for unplanned topics.
11.2). Try to get us both to do some talking and listening, not just me talking.
11.3). If you don't understand me, ask a question, since otherwise I assumed you understood me. Try not to assume I understood you, ask me a question about what you are talking about, to make sure that I understood you.
11.4). I talk fast, but I need slower talking by the other person so that I can understand them. Building rappore to make two people comfortable when talking, normally means the two people copy the same style of talking or body language, such as if i talk fast, you might start talking fast, but this won't work for me to do that, since I need you to talk slow, even if I talk fast.
11.5). Explain your concept in detail, so that I can understand it, explain your thinking and reasons behind it, and ask me questions to make sure that I understand it. If you say 5 things quickly in 30 seconds, I will probably not understand what you are trying to explain to me. You need to explain your concepts in Detail, to explain to me, what exactly you are trying to say, because otherwise I will sometimes misunderstand you.
