[clug] COVIDSafe is available to install

Hi,


Well I finally managed to install COVIDSafe. Found it under some
government apps. 



It was challenging to install, I think many older people would have
trouble installing the app too.



I am good at computers but not so good at mobile phones.


Security?  Hey I have a mobile phone, there is not much security left
after you carry one of those.
