I meant to comment yesterday after I heard Andrew Barr (ACT Chief
Minister) on ABC radio comment, when asked if he would install a
Covid19 tracking app on his mobile device, that he would only decide
if the app was made open source and his tech. peeps assured him that
it wasn't behaving differently to how annouced.

Go for it, Andrew!

Of course, to be certain, we would need to know how to compile the
source to the exact same binary as is being distributed through
the app stores...

(at least one of the mobile app platforms runs a Linux kernel, so
kind of on topic...)
