[clug] USB->RS485 adapter

Hi folks,

I have managed to kill not 1 but 3 USB->RS485 adapters (the cheap ones don't
have any ESD protection for the MAX485 IC). I've exhausted my spares, so at
this point, I'm short one adapter.

Does anyone have one I on hand that I can grab? I'll replace it with a new
similar one (like for like).
