Hi folks,

I'm case you missed it, next year's Linux Conf is on the Gold coast, and the call for papers is now open:
https://linux.conf.au/news/call-for-sessions-miniconfs-now-open/

I've had a number of people provide feedback on my workshops, suggesting that I run them as a miniconf session instead, so I've submitted a day long workshop on machine learning, with the goal of building a small parts sorter (Lego, screws, coins, etc).

I've also submitted a talk on power monitoring via Open Energy Monitor, diving into detail on my own software that integrates Solax inverters and the SDM630 3 phase power monitor, as well as micromanaging battery state of charge and integrating with home automation. I'd be happy to run this as a CLUG talk if people are interested.

Cheers
