[clug] Docker Introduction

I think at least a mention of podman and buildah would be nice as well. It
allows the use of containers without the need for root/sudo and is designed
to be a drop in replacement for docker.

I'm not an expert in either, but RedHat are encouraging the use of podman
over docker.
