Unfortunately I'm having difficulty with it! Specifically, I cannot get 
it to read data from (ctrl-r) or writing it to (ctrl-o) a text file. 
Trying the former gives an error beep. And the latter creates an empty 
file! Also refreshing the screen (ctrl-w)--results in blank space with 
the cursor unmoved.
