Scott,
It might be best to leave packaging attempts to after release 0.11.
There is still some stuff missing, such as the ability to install
scripts into the menu, and the file format is about to get a make-over.

I had a quick read up on FlatPak and came to the conclusion it would be
a bit awkward for VICI. I'm a bit dubious about sandboxing a scripting
language.
