I have been reading this article.

And I found that Australian English was an unofficial dictionary.
en_AU    Australian English http://www.justlocal.com.au/clients/oooau/
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/aspell/dict/0index.html

How can I install the Australian English dictionary and make it the default?
I presume that may have something to do with these files.
aspell.en.prepl
aspell.en.pws
They both contain "personal_repl-1.1 en 0 ".
