The ISPs in Australia (with Internode as a notable exception) seem to
be resisting IPv6 completely. I have heard that even Internode do not
do IPv6 on the NBN.

I, personally, tried for many years to get TransACT to enable IPv6 on
their customer network (i.e. the infrastructure between the ISPs and
the end users) to no avail.
