Anyone planning to switch from OwnCloud to Nextcloud?

Nextcloud forked OwnCloud a few weeks ago and just released their own
version 9 which is a drop-in upgrade to OwnCloud.

So why NextCloud? It is started by Frank Karlitschek and others from the
original OwnCloud team. They plan to make the entire thing, including
all of the "Enterprise" extensions open source:
