Ahh, yes. Tridge provided one of the best quotes of the conference in
that talk when discussing quad planes and the efficiency of forward flight.
"In fixed wing flight it's really efficient [compared to quad plane
hover mode]... Even though you're going much faster, you're getting the
job done, you're only using about a third of the current. And basically
why is that? Well, wings work. Right. Wings really are a very efficient
way of getting along. Which is why they're so popular in aircraft."
