Yes. Using the KML, but it'd probably be better to use OpenLayers and
add OpenStreetMap as a KML to the Slippy Map interface (as well as the
Submarine Cable Map). e.g. use kml.js to add the Submarine Cable KML as
a layer above the OpenStreetMap layer.

I've not tried using both OpenLayers.js and kml.js on the same page, but
it should be possible.
